At Harvest Co, every purchase supports skilled Papua New Guinean weavers and helps preserve their traditional handwoven craft. We want you to love your bag, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make returns simple and hassle-free.
Online Returns
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated by contacting us at harvestcobags@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Important Information
Each Bilum is handmade, so slight variations in colour or weave are natural and not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion may not be returnable — check product details at purchase.
